Mountain Home Herding Classes

At mountain home agility we offer two types of herding classes. One will be general herding training for people that just want their dog to be able to gather the stock and bring it into the pens. This course will cover general dog handling and commands. The other training course will be for trial training, which will involve more complex skills, and command, which will include verbal command as well as whistle command training. The experience you have with us will be a pleasant one for both you and you dog.

    Herding Training Field 250' X 125' With Gates and Pen

Back Trial and Training Field 220 Yards Wide X 270 Yards Deep

 We have three herding training arenas. A 250’ X 125’, A 75' round pen arena, and one trial field 220 Yards X 270 Yards.  Cost for training start at $15.00 Lesson to $35.00 Lesson depending on the type of training and Trainer.  Dog can be tested as early a 4 Month but recommend at least they be 6 Months old.
